Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase
• You have not previously received a refund for the same subscription
• Your account has not been terminated for Terms of Service violations

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email us at support@cinematicflow.ai
2. Include your account email address and order number
3. Briefly explain your reason for requesting a refund (optional but helpful)

We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed through Lemon Squeezy and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• Refunds for partial months are not provided for cancellations after the 30-day guarantee period

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in cases of:
